All swimming lessons must be paid for by the collection dates advertised.
If for any reason the pool is closed any lesson owing will be rescheduled.
If your swimmer needs to change group time please contact me by email or text.

Swimmers will arrive 5 minutes before their swimming lesson and be ready to be called through by a member of Staff. We would expect changing rooms to be clear after a maximum of 15 minutes.

Any Male over the age of 8 must use the Male changing rooms.
Any female over the age of 8 must use the female changing rooms.
Due to school regulations the use of talcum powder is not allowed in the changing rooms.

Children must remain in the changing rooms until the previous groups have finished their lessons and returned to the changing rooms. The corridor must always be kept clear. Swimmers must enter and leave poolside by the shallow end door.

Children are always the responsibility of their parents or guardians whilst they are not on poolside, including their safety and behaviour.
If for any reason the adult responsible for the child must leave the premises we must be notified, and an emergency contact number given. No child under the age of 8 can be left unattended.

Please make sure you have any medical requirements a swimmer might need with you. i.e. inhalers, epi-pen. {these to be administered by the parent or guardian}.
Removable mouth braces must be removed for swimming lessons.

Any swimmer with hair long enough to cover their face must have it tied back or wear a hat.
No jewellery is permitted except approved medical id and in certain circumstances ear-studs, these being the parents or guardian’s responsibility.

We request that all boys swim wear is above the knee and that All girls wear one-piece swimming costumes.

Because of health and safety restrictions parents are not allowed on poolside.
A viewing area has been provided at the deep end of the pool.

The use of mobile phones or camera devices is not allowed on the premises.

You must not attend Splashers if you or any member of your family are feeling unwell.

Anyone that is showing signs of COVID 19 or has a family member showing signs must not attend: and must follow government guidelines on when it would be safe to return to lessons (currently required to stay away for 2-weeks).

Details will be passed on to track and trace if anybody is reported to have COVID 19 that has attended the lessons.
